If you are interested in joining Jeder, and have a rank that you prefer, please PM myself or, if a Drappa is ever appointed, your Drappa.
Dragga/Drappa:
Essentially, the leaders. All packmembers must listen to and take directions from them. The rules are made and enforced by either or both. If you need advice or someone to talk to, don't hesitate to talk to either. Draggas and Drappas only change if the title is handed down, the previous Dragga or Drappa dies and a new one is appointed in his or her place, or if a rogue wolf challenges and wins in a fight.
Beta Mann/Beta Fae:
The second in command. They must take orders from the Dragga/Drappa, but hold authority over the rest of the pack members. If the Dragga/Drappa is absent, the Betas have authority in their steads. If the Dragga/Drappa dies, the Betas receive the leadership positions. Betas often help the leaders with important decisions, and have the ability to escort Kerls through the territory.
Warriors:
Strong and cunning, these wolves are given the rank based on their ability to defend and protect their pack. They are courageous and must be willing to sacrifice themselves if the need and time arises.
Lead Warrior (100 post minimum):
Only one wolf may hold this title at any given time. Their battle prowess exceeds that of any other warrior, and they will be expected to lead other warriors into battle. This title is not simply given away; one must prove themselves to be up to the task. A lead warrior may, with the approval of the Dragga or Drappa, train an apprentice. Note: This apprentice does not always reach “lead warrior” status upon completion of training. Lead warriors may ask to have their titles handed down to their apprentice, but the final decision is left up to the leaders.
Hunters:
While everyone in the pack is expected to join in pack-wide hunts, there are an elite few that excel above others. They are deft in tracking and harbor acute senses, and may be exceptionally swift.
Lead Hunter (100 post minimum):
Only one wolf may hold this title at any given time. Exceptional at locating and isolating prey, the lead hunter has command over all other hunters and is expected to lead them if a chase ensues. This title is often given to a wolf who has shown the leaders that he is fierce and dedicated to providing Jeder with the sustenance they need. A lead hunter may, with the approval of the Dragga or Drappa, train an apprentice. Note: The apprentice may act in the lead hunter's stead for one hunt, and if he proves himself, then the title may be handed down. If the Dragga or Drappa feels that the hunt, although successful, was not properly executed, the title may be given to another, or withheld until the apprentice proves to be worthy.
Emissaries:
Known for the stealth, emissaries are in charge of patrolling the border and immediately alarming the rest of the pack to any intruders or suspiciousness. Their toned bodies will be able to travel for miles without breaking down while retaining their trademark swiftness.
Lead emissary (100 post minimum):
Only one wolf may hold this title at any given time. Excelling at staying covert, this wolf is often chosen by the leaders to carry out important tasks, or sent as an agent to spy on enemies. This title is given to a wolf that the leaders feel has shown not only dedication, but extreme loyalty and a resolution to keep Jeder's secrets, even if the result is death, for messages sent between allied leaders must be delivered only to the respective Dragga or Drappa. Lead scouts do not often have apprentices, but their apprentices are rarely chosen to take the title, for the lead scout is often one of the leaders main confidantes.
Healer (50 post minimum):
Educated in the art of healing and herbs, this wolf must instantly be able to distinguish between plants and find ones that suit their purpose without second guessing themselves. Their knowledge of natural remedies often saves lives- and any slip might do more harm than good.
Nurse:
Typically a she-wolf, the nurse usually bears a deep maternal instinct that makes her perfect for watching a mother's cubs while she is away. This deep-rooted love for pups must be combined with the knowledge that she may have to sacrifice herself in order to protect Jeder's young.
Sikla Mann/Sickla Fae:
Typically cowardly or reserved, these wolves hold the lowest rank and are below the rest of Jeder. They must eat last after a hunt, and often subject to ridicule from the rest of the members. [/size]
